Stand in the Rain by Superchick. I feel like the lyrics to this song are just perfect for Arya of the inheritance cycle, especially the first verse. You never get to see that she's hurting but her people are dying, she's fighting what appears to be a hopeless war, she's (atleast I hope) falling for a certain dragon rider and isn't real happy about it, and, on top of all this, she's the princess so she has to put ona brave face and go right on kicking butt. So, I figured I'd draw the side of Arya you never get to see, the scared, hopeless, vulnerable side that she is so good at hiding. It would've been entirely grayscale if I didn't love green eyes XD
